Mortgage V.P. is a web site where you will find information based on my seventeen plus years of mortgage experience as a Vice President of Mortgage Lending. Through several EBooks, I address mortgage applications, mortgage terms, refinancing a mortgage, and setting a budget. This site is dedicated to getting a mortgage and having an understanding of the basic mortgage terms. I want you to be able to use this site and its contents as a mortgage guide, providing basic banking, and mortgage education with the goal of saving you money and time.
There are various mortgages that can get you into trouble. What is a 80 20 Mortgage? Or a no doc mortgage? Which mortgage is right for me? We will look at on line mortgages, who is a good mortgage provider, and who are the mortgage specialists.
There have been some complicated, confusing and scary mortgage programs out there if you were not careful or properly advised. Some of these will be addressed in the Ebooks. You need to understand what these loans are, how they work, and in the end stay away from them. They are nothing but bad news. The current state of our economy is largely due to certain financial institutions and their greed, poor underwriting policies, and limited vision of the future. Things have been quite for a little over a year now, but there are already signs that some of programs, policies, and careless business practices are starting again. Will we ever learn? This site is my attempt to help you not fall victum to poor mortgage programs and to the people who administer them.
